Booking Policy

These policies apply to both single bookings and students who have purchased long-term plans.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

 

  • Free cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the session.

  • Changes made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 100% session fee.

 
 

Booking Availability:

  • Bookings can be made no earlier than 30 days and no later than 24 hours before the session start time.

Payment Requirement:

 

  • Payment details must be provided to confirm your booking.
